All billing is processed via third-party app stores.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your device's account settings.

4. User Responsibility for Data

As an offline application, Lala Labs does not provide cloud backups. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using your device’s system-level backup tools (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive, or manual exports). We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure or app deletion.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the software.
• Use the application for any illegal activities.
• Redistribute or resell the application under another name.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime and bug-free performance, Lala Labs makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of dates or the permanence of stored data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lala Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

All design, branding, and code are the exclusive property of Lala Labs.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to premium features if there is a breach of these terms or a failure to maintain a valid subscription.
